How much is delivery? - Our postage and packaging cost is £3 for Royal Mail Second Class. This means that you can order as many items as you like, and you will only pay the flat fee of £3. The only exception to this is on our slate coasters for which the delivery is priced according to how many coasters you purchase, due to the weight of the product.

 

How long does shipping take? -  Our dispatch timeframe is 10-14 working days. Once dispatched, Royal Mail second class postage takes around 3 working days. We always endeavor to ship your order as quickly as we can, however, as our gifts and keepsakes are handmade, we take time to be sure they're perfect before we send them to their new home.

 

Where do you ship to? – We currently ship throughout the UK. If you require an International delivery, please let us know and we can get you a quote for postage.

 

What forms of payment are available? – We accept debit/credit cards and Paypal. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, just drop us a message and we can arrange that with you directly.

How can I contact you about my order? - The gifts and keepsakes we make are unique to you, so it's important we keep in touch to make sure your order is perfect. You can talk to us directly via our live chat or complete the contact form on the front page of the site, and we will respond within 24 hours. Can I request a refund if I change my mind? - Due to the personalised nature of the items we sell, we cannot offer a refund if you change your mind about your purchase. However, if you are unhappy in any way with your order once you receive it, please send us a message and we will always try our best to reach a suitable resolution. ​
